Concorso Ferrari puts on a show in Pasadena

WITH VIDEO -- Most people have seen the Old Town section of Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, Calif., once a year--during the Rose Bowl parade. Well, finally, there's a new and good reason to interrupt traffic on Colorado: Concorso Ferrari. Citroen’s new stop-start system revealed

The company launched its first-gen system four years ago on the C2 and C3, for which it claims fuel savings of up to 27 percent, but it’ll soon be superseded by a new, cheaper system. The second-generation Stop & Start will be launched in 2010 on PSA’s small petrol and – for the first time – diesel models.

In the video session Adams offered advice to one participant who asked, "If there was one piece of advice you would give to someone wanting to become a designer, what would it be and why?". With portfolios, he explained, it's not just about the talent, it's about having the ability to convey your thought process along the way.
