Provides comprehensive review of automobile including: Vital Statistics (top speed, acceleration performance, engine vitals, list price, etc…), Behind the Wheel driving impressions, Vehicle Dimensions, Development Milestones, Under the Skin engine and chassis review, Nose to Nose performance comparison to rival vehicles, etc, etc……Vivid Hi-Res photos and graphics makes for great all around reading. 4 panel/4 page sheet unfolds to 9” x 16” overall, suitable for framing. These are not regular manufacturer sales brochures made for the masses, but rather a highly detailed limited production specialized compilation previously only available by subscription. Nissan Qashqai production to leave UK for Russia
Mon, 09 Apr 2012Nissan has built more than 1 million Qashqais in Sunderland Nissan has revealed it is planning to move some of the production of the Nissan Qashqai to Russia to avoid import duty. The Nissan plant in Sunderland is a real success story, not just for Nissan but for the UK economy as a whole. Last year Sunderland produced over 400,000 cars – many of them exported – including the Qashqai, Juke and Note and next year it will start to build the Nissan LEAF for Europe.
Road accident injuries highlighted
Mon, 30 Sep 2013THE NUMBER of 20 to 24-year-olds injured in road accidents is nearly twice as high as the national adult average, according to Government statistics. As many as 6.7% of 20 to 24-year-olds said they had been injured in a road accident in the period 2010 to 2012 compared with the all-adult (16 and over) average of 3.8%. The next-worst casualty age range was 25 29-year-olds, of whom 5.8% suffered a road accident injury in 2010-12, while the figure for 30 to 39-year-olds was 5.0%.
