Flocking needs redone

Selling a hard to find, original glove box insert removed from an air conditioned 1968 Chevelle. This will also fit 1969. The flocking has a spot where something was spilled in it and will need touched up or redone. There arent any cracks but there is one small puncture hole in the bottom about the size of the tip of an ink pen. It cant be seen from the inside of the insert nor when installed. This spot is pictured in the trird pic. They do not reproduce this part.

The latest speed demon from Lotus, the 2010 Exige S 240, will start at $65,690 when it goes on sale in the United States in this fall. The S240 gets a restyled front end with a larger, more angular air intake flanked by two other vents. There also is a new splitter that wraps around the face of the car.

The Science Museum in London, UK is hosting the Japan Car: Designs for the Crowed Globe exhibition, sponsored by seven Japanese automobile manufacturers. An exploration of the car as a 'mobile cell', the exhibition has been conceived by graphic designer Kenya Hara and architect Shigeru Ban to show how Japanese design reflects the 'soil and spirit' of Japan, depicted by concept cars and models specific to the Japanese market. Speaking to Car Design News, Shigeru Ban explained how the automobile was chosen as the central element to the exhibition because it is a reflection of Japanese culture and tradition.
