Up for auction is a pair of NOS 1968 thru 1969 Dodge Charger parking / turn signal lenses. These are original NOS items and are not reproductions. These were removed from a NOS pair of housings and lens assemblies. The NOS housings are being used but the lenses are not needed. That's the story on them. They are not perfect as with most NOS parts. They will need the silver paint inside re sprayed and could use a little polishing here and there to be really nice. The right one has a crack at the mounting hole that will not show when installed and has not gotten any bigger over the years. Apparently the screw was tightened to tight when they were originally assembled.  The left has a defect on the bottom and will not show when installed either. Best description I can give if you have questions or would like more pics let me know. These are NOT perfect and they will need a little work but they are very hard to find and I'm not asking $600.00 for a starting bid like others on Ebay do.

Thanks

Pagani DID use different tyres to set the Top Gear lap record in the Huayra

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

We asked yesterday if the Pagani Huayra that set a new Top Gear lap record had cheated by using different tyres for the run. It did. Yesterday morning we reported that it seemed the Pagani Huayra that set the recent fastest lap on the Top Gear test track at Dunsfold may have had an advantage by using track tyres instead of road tyres.
