 A used original 1968 1969 Dodge, Plymouth, B-Body Charger and Roadrunner Retracting Seat Belt. It extends out about 12" It's Olive Green colored and it needs cleaning. So it's not new or NOS. The belt expands and retracts just fine.

But it’s not exactly a world wide celebration. In fact, VW is only offering the Scirocco Million in Germany and China, which perhaps tells you more about where the Scirocco still ramps up sales than anything else.
