 1968 1960s 1970s FORD 3/4 T TRUCK DOG DISH HUBCAPS

READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION PLEASE AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES...  HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED. THESE FORD CAPS ARE BECOMING A RARITY AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY  IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.   KIND OF FUNNY HOW WE USED TO FIND THESE CAPS ONCE IN A WHILE AND NOW WE NEVER DO. THERE ARE TWO CAPS LISTED HERE.  IN CURRENT CONDITION, NONE OF THESE ARE SHOW CAPS.   JUST A GOOD USED PAIR,  ABOUT 12 INCHES TO 12 & 1/4 INCHES DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU MEASURE THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EDGE. THEY ARE ABOUT 3 & 1/2 INCHES DEEP.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  EACH OF THESE CAPS HAVE  DINGS/SCRATCHES, BB SIZE TO THUMBPRINT. MUCH OF THIS IS ALONG THE EDGES THOUGH THERE IS SOME ON THE FRONT OF A COUPLE.  THE SIDES HAVE A LITTLE AS WELL.  SAME SAID FOR SCRATCHES.  MOSTLY ON THE SIDES PROBABLY FROM SCREWDRIVER REMOVAL ALONG THE WAY.   THERE IS ALSO PAINT WEAR.   AS IS THEY ARE JUST GOOD OLD DOG DISH CAPS GOOD FOR THE VEHICLE MISSING THEM.  I RATE THE 2 OF THEM A 3+ ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE RARITY & CONDITION. A GREAT DEAL. BUT AGAIN, THEY ARE  USED HUBCAPS.  NOT SHOW CAPS,  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING.  NONETHELESS A BARGAIN AND REALLY GETTING HARD TO FIND.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST YEAR.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THESE.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 8000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

NADA asks U.S. to suspend clunkers program

Thu, 20 Aug 2009

National Automobile Dealers Association officials asked the government to suspend the cash-for-clunkers program because a survey by the group found that the $3 billion fund has been exhausted, NADA Chairman John McEleney said. "We asked them to put a halt to the program--I think we said 'very soon'--but a suspension at midnight tonight would make sense," McEleney said in an interview Wednesday. "Our survey opened the eyes of the Transportation Department." A suspension would allow dealers to submit all pending claims and permit the government to process them so that a precise determination could be made of how much money, if any, is left in the program, he said.

Ferrari FF: Most watched video of 2011

Mon, 02 Jan 2012

Ferrari FF Official Video The Ferrari FF broke the mould for Ferrari in 2011, with what many consider to be a betrayal of the marque. But it was the most watched video of 2011 on Cars UK. It seems the Ferrari FF – successor to the 612 Scaglietti – is something of a Marmite car.

Seat Ibiza SportCoupe (2008): the first pictures

Wed, 04 Jun 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 04 June 2008 11:32 Seat has spiced up the Ibiza with the addition of a new three-door model. Dubbed SportCoupe, the new car offers a unique silhouette and the first seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox in the supermini class. The SportCoupe takes inspiration from the Bocanegra concept, unveiled earlier in 2008 at the Geneva motor show, although it somehow seems to have lost the wow factor of that slinky show special.
