Oversize items such as hoods, some fenders, full floor pans and quarter panels will be shipped via truck freight pre-paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order, we ship Monday-Friday. Most fiberglass hoods have a current wait time of 2-4 weeks. Call or e-mail for details on the specific hood you are interested in. We will only ship to a verified street address if paying with a credit card. No P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses please. If you are a local customer and would like us to deliver your parts please call or email us. Additional charges may apply. We do ship to Canada and Internationally. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all additional taxes, duties, etc... on your order. We are not responsible if your order is held in customs for any reason.  Unfortunately, despite our best efforts at securely packaging your order, items occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts must be inspected at the time of delivery, regardless of the appearance of the box or boxes. Any damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier. If you fail to do this your claim may be denied. By signing the Bill Of Lading you agree that your parts were received in satisfactory condition.Shipping costs are not refundable once your item has shipped. It's the latest in a series of gaffes that have damaged Toyota's reputation for high quality and led the automaker to recall millions of vehicles to fix problems such as sticking gas pedals. The Nuvu name literally means ‘new view’, so the concept previews urban transportation for the next decade. Pictures won’t be released until Paris, but we know the Nuvu will feature similar electric technology to the EV-02 prototype and the production EV that Nissan will unveil at the 2009 Tokyo motor show.
