Now have the first official photo leaked to us in our inbox just hours before Mercedes take the wraps of the new A Class officially. At first glance when the photo of the new A Class dropped in we thought it looked like a BMW 1 Series with a Mercedes star on the front.
Most of Saleen sold to Michigan group
Wed, 04 Feb 2009The future of specialty carmaker Saleen Inc. is getting a little clearer: Most of the company was sold to a Michigan group last week after being on the block since November. An entity called MJ Acquisitions, which owns parts and engine companies in Michigan, bought Saleen’s performance street-car program, supercharger and aftermarket business from Los Angeles private-investment firm Hancock Park Associates.
'Four out of five' drivers support speed cameras
Mon, 25 Nov 2013FOUR OUT OF FIVE drivers in the UK are in favour of speed cameras and think they are useful in reducing injuries on our roads. Research by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) shows 80% of British drivers supports speed cameras, though there is still scepticism about the positioning of some caemras. Half (52%) of those polled by the IAM said they did not believe speed cameras are only positioned at the sites where accidents have occurred.
