This is an NOS headlight switch in the original Ford box, Ford part # C8AZ 11654-A and Motorcraft # SW-644 with the factory installation instructions. This switch was used on 1968 thru 1978 Fords with hidden headlights (headlamp covers); 1971 thru 1978 full size Mercurys and 1970 and 1971 Montego with hidden headlights. Stamped into the bottom of the switch is Motorcraft and "D2MA 11654-A." Also included is the Ford instructions for installing this new switch.
