I bought a '69 Vette basket case with a few parts that came with it.  The vinyl convertible top came with the car but we are not going to use it.  Therefore it is up for sale.  It is a brand new Al Knoch vinyl top that except for me taking it out of the box for these photos, has never been out of the box.  It still has the tissue paper between the layers.  I will only ship to the contiguous US.  Price does not include any taxes of any kind.  FREE SHIPPING!  The top is new, so I offer no warranty or returns.  What you see in the pictures is everything I have.  And no, the table does not go with it! and if it is not on the table, it is not for sale.  Thanks for looking!

Driven: Honda FRV

Wed, 07 May 2008

The Honda FRV is a misunderstood car. It's a European market orientated compact MPV that unusually has two rows of three seats, a configuration shared only with the earlier Fiat Multipla design. But unlike the bulbous, short, tall and deep-windowed Italian, the Honda shares almost identical dimensions to the five seat Renault Scenic that is the compact MPV market leader (the longer wheel base Scenic and other compact MPVs with three rows of seats to seat seven people is about a foot longer).

Ford offers body shells for those who want to restore the classic '60s Bronco

Wed, 09 Jun 2010

One of the forerunners of the SUV craze, the classic 1960s Ford Bronco, is getting a new life. Ford will begin offering body shells for 1966-70 models later this fall, and they're aimed at enthusiasts who want to upgrade, soup up or improve their aging off-roaders. Look for the Bronco shell to make an appearance at SEMA this fall, perhaps with an EcoBoost engine underhood.

Government CO2 cock-up

Sun, 03 Jun 2007

By Richard Yarrow Motoring Issues 03 June 2007 02:32 Britain’s new eco-motoring scheme postponed Plans to help Britain’s drivers choose the greenest car for their budget have been thrown into chaos, CAR Online can reveal. The launch of a new Government website for motorists – called www.actonco2.co.uk – has been cancelled just 16 hours before it was to go live. Amazingly, the Department for Transport (DfT) has admitted the eleventh hour delay was because it realised the CO2 data to published wasn’t accurate.
