I am retiring and its time to sell alot of the goodies my late husband and I have accumulated over the years. Up for sale is a nice 1968 Buick and Riviera GM Delco AM/FM Fader Radio. The factory fader is the rear right knob that gives you the ability to balance the sound between front and rear speakers. There is no tag on the radio.  There is a note on the bottom of the radio that says "Serviced! Plays Good". We picked up this radio and alot of others over the years at various venues.I recently had it tested and it plays great up and down the dial on AM and FM. The case looks to be clean with almost no rust. All mechanicals seem to work as they should. The nose, lens and pushbuttons are in good condition. The dial flips to AM or FM using the slidebar. The radio comes with the knobs as shown. The center to center shaft distance is approx. 6 l/4". I'm selling the radio without a warranty because the electonics is over 35 years old and I don't trust old electronics. I will be putting up more good radios from my late husbands estate for sale this week and next week. The radio you see in the picture is the one you get. Please read description and ask any questions before purchase. Buyer pays fixed rate shipping of $20.00 for USPS Insured Priority Large Flat Rate Shipping (Lower 48 states only). I carefully wrap my radios in Bubble Wrap to insure safe shipping. I accept Paypal. Any questions, feel free to email me. Good Luck and Thanks for Looking!!   RA-671

Renault teases 'Captur' SUV - a baby Juke rival

Tue, 08 Jan 2013

After a pitiful year of sales for Renault in the UK in 2012 (they plummeted 40% in figures out yesterday), the French are fighting back with a baby SUV designed to repeat the success of inhouse rival the Nissan Juke. It comes a day after local rival Peugeot announced its new 2008 crossover, another rival in this shrunken crossover/SUV contest. What's the Renault Captur based on?  Renault has so far issued only this solitary shady teaser image.

Audi R8 Spyder outed by Audi dealer

The Audi R8 Spyder - outed by an Audi dealer And now an over-eager Audi dealer in the UK has stuck an advert on Pistonheads for the new Audi R8 Spyder and included a grainy (hence the image quality above) shot of the R8 Spyder, which could have beenĀ  taken on a dealer reveal recently. Oops! Not sure that’s going to go down too well with Audi.
