DESCRIPTION

1968 Cadillac El Dorado 472 4V Air Cleaner. This assembly has been refinished in semi-gloss black and gold to present a period correct image. The base is in excellent condition and features a 5 1/8" carburetor flange that fits the original Rochester Quadrajet carburetors.  The exterior is very nice and retains the original valve cover breather grommet. The oval snorkel is exceptionally nice and is garnished with a GM licensed Cadillac 472 decal.

The original lid features Cadillac gold paint that complements the assembly while the inside is augmented with an original lid seal (minor ding as seen in the picture).

This assembly is very nice and will complement your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine GM part!

ABOUT MUSCLECAR AIR CLEANERS

Established in 2003, Musclecar Air Cleaners has focused on the restoration of original air cleaner assemblies for GM & Mopar classic and musclecar air cleaner assemblies. It is our primary function and one that takes time and dedication. Since starting the business, we have completed over 1,100 air cleaners with the same mantra – “one at a time.” We do not restore customer air cleaners – we maintain a large inventory of many popular and some obscure air cleaner assemblies. Inventory changes constantly, as our global customer base continues their fascination with the American car.

At Musclecar Air Cleaners, customer service is the top priority. From questions about items, to orders, shipping, and receipt, your satisfaction is very important.

We appreciate your visit and thank you for the opportunity to earn your business!

2012 BMW 1-Series – it’s official

Sun, 05 Jun 2011

2012 BMW 1-Series - now from BMW When we reported that the 2012 BMW 1 Series had leaked out yesterday, we did say it wouldn’t take long for BMW to release details officially, especially as there were so many official photos of the 2012 1-Series. In the end it took all of 24 hours for BMW to get it together and send us details, which lets us fill in the gaps from yesterday on detail, although there’s really nothing new on the photo front. We know from yesterday that the 2012 BMW 1-Series is bigger than the outgoing car, and that the styling, particularly on the nose, is a more confident statement than before.

McLaren to bring F1 GTR, LM and Longtail to Goodwood

Tue, 18 Jun 2013

McLaren is taking the 24 Hours of Le Mans off this year -- actually, it has taken the last 14 years off -- and is instead concentrating on a British tradition: the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The company confirmed it would bring the 1995 Le Mans-winning McLaren F1 GTR to take on the hill this year. It will be joined by the one-off prototype McLaren F1 LM, as well as the Gulf-liveried McLaren F1 GTR Longtail, which claimed second place in 1997.
