1968 CHEVY SIDE MARKER TRIM 307 RH

LOOK AT THE PICS CLOSELY AND READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING.  THESE ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION.  THIS ONE IS PRETTY AVERAGE. NOT PERFECT .  IF YOU'VE LOOKED YOU KNOW HOW HARD THESE ARE TO FIND, SO DON'T OVERLOOK THIS ONE.  I BELIEVE 1968,  OTHER YEARS AND APPLICATIONS MAY APPLY.  LOOK CLOSELY TO MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU BEFORE BIDDING!  THERE IS SOME PITTING AND CHROME RAISING ESPECIALLY ALONG THE TOP EDGE AND HERE & THERE ELSEWHERE.  THERE ARE ALSO A FEW SMALLER PITS IN THE 307 GROOVED AREA.

THESE ARE VERY HARD TO FIND SO DON'T OVERLOOK IT IF YOU'RE JUST LOOKING FOR SPARES.   I RATE THE PART A 3,  ON A SCALE OF 1-5, WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE, RARITY AND CONDITION.  ONE OTHER NOTE...WE'VE RECENTLY ATTENDED SEVERAL OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MID U.S..  HUNDREDS OF PARTS, THOUSANDS OF VENDORS AND NONE OF THESE!

I am honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old parts have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend major money for parts the best you can do are look for those in good shape which these are.  In addition hardware may or may not be complete or correct on any of the older parts offered.  What you see in the pics is what is there.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD! AND COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS.

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 7000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.  THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Chevrolet six-month global sales highest in a century

Thu, 21 Jul 2011

Chevrolet saw 2.35 million global sales in the first six months of 2011--its best first-half mark in 100 years. The automaker credits the success of new small-car models for much of the growth, namely the Cruze compact, the Spark minicar, the Aveo/Sonic small car and the Orlando MPV. Chevrolet sales increased 14 percent in the United States from the same half-year period in 2010, with 286,499 more units sold.

Concept Car of the Week: IAD Alien (1986)

Fri, 06 Dec 2013

Established in 1976 as a railway and aeronautical engineering company, Britain's IAD (International Automotive Design) rapidly oriented its expertise towards the automotive industry providing services from design to chassis engineering and even small-scale production. By the mid-80s two concepts had been presented – the TRX and the Arrival – that showed innovative thinking and tastefulness but a little innocuous styling. In an attempt to attract both attention and more clients, IAD CEO John Shute asked his team to design a futuristic concept that was both innovative and different.

Skoda drives along Popular memory lane

Thu, 05 Jun 2014

A EUROPEAN car enthusiast is recreating a remarkable British journey first completed 90 years ago by a famous Czech writer, and is driving a 77-year-old Skoda Popular. The milestone car, Skoda's first to sell in big numbers across Europe, is well into a three-week journey around the UK in the hands of car nut Zdeněk Vacek, starting and finishing at the Czech Embassy in London and visiting many of the cities featured in famous Czech writer Karel Čapek's 1924 tome Letters from England. The Popular itself can celebrate its 80th birthday at the same time, having first appeared to widespread acclaim in 1934.
