Here is a set of 5 14" rims off a 1968 Chrysler Newport.  They are Stainless Steel with a plastic center piece that has a red background with Chrysler written in the middle.  The center piece are somewhat faded but still descent for their age, look at athe pictures.  The metal is in really good shape, I don't see any noticable problems although I'm sure there are minor scratches and digns if you look closely.  Overall the whole set is in good shape.
