These front end radiator support parts removed from a 68 Galaxie.  1) Center hood latch/grille bracket support.  2) LH bracket that fits in behind headlight bucket.  3) LH splash pan/shield.  4) RH bracket that fits in behind headlight bucket assy. 5) RH splash pan/shield.  Parts have been glass bead blasted and painted satin black.  There are some areas on small pitting.  These parts would be damaged in a front end collision.  Sold AS IS.  I try to ship items out quickly unless it is on Saturday or Sunday.  Thank you for looking.  Parts for non hideaway cars.

Detroit Autorama to host Golden Commandos and Ram Chargers drag-racing teams

Plenty of race-car drivers and automaker executives still remember the mantra, “Win on Sunday, sell on Monday.” The Golden Commandos and Ram Chargers, two drag-racing teams that embody that motto, will make an appearance at the Detroit Autorama at Cobo Center on March 8, from 1-2 p.m. According to Chrysler, this is the only time they have appeared together since competing on the strip in the late 1960s. The Golden Commandos group was started in 1962 by Chrysler technicians, mechanics and engineers who worked in Highland Park, Mich.

‘Hidden’ damage on hire cars costing drivers

MORE THAN one in three hire car users have found unreported damage on hired vehicles upon collection, according to new data. A survey conducted by YouGov found that 37% of business travellers found damage to their hired vehicle which was not marked down on the documentation when they collected the car. This could lead to the user being charged for the damage and liable to lose any insurance excess amount – which could be as much as £2,000.
