Description :
TMI Convertible Top Boot for all 1968 Mustang Convertibles.
Keep your convertible top covered and protected from the elements with a new convertible top boot from TMI. TMI's padded convertible top boot covers the entire convertible top assembly when folded down. They're constructed with top quality, heavy-weight Sierra Grain vinyl. TMI's vinyl looks new longer, holds up to wear, cleans up easy and holds its original shape.

With a TMI convertible top boot you can expect a look that is perfect and smooth, with a tailored fit because padding is sewn into the cover which keeps the mechanism from showing. TMI's exclusive "multi-directional, cross-linked" backing vinyl allows for a precise fit and easier stretching to your Mustangs snaps.

Available in a variety of factory correct color options that are MCA approved and used by more Concours restorers than any other product on the market.

*Features a slip tab design for mounting to the moldings.
*Female-end snaps are included and already installed on the boot for the interior snaps.
*Male-end snaps for the interior quarter trim panels are NOT included.

J. D. Power study: Consumers don't fret about reliability as much

The mantra that all cars are reasonably good is beginning to resonate with consumers, and a J. D. Power study found that reliability is less of a concern for shoppers than it previously was.

Six-door Mercedes 600 Pullman Landaulet barn-find sold for £450k

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

Oh goodness, this Mercedes-Benz 600 Pullman Landaulet is quite possibly this author’s favourite car ever to come up for auction. Pinpointing exactly why we love it so much is hard, probably because there are just so many reasons. But when we saw it featuring in the top 10 sales at this week’s RM Auctions Paris sale, we couldn’t move on with our lives without giving it a gallery all for itself.

Porsche 911 (2011) the first official video of the 991

Tue, 19 Jul 2011

Prototypes of Porsche’s new 991-spec 911 haven’t been snapped out on test by our spies this week, so just in case you’ve been having withdrawal symptoms, Stuttgart’s most famous sports car manufacturer has released its own video of its iconic car. What does Porsche’s official video of the new 911 reveal?  Shot in South Africa during the 991’s final validation and testing phase, the video is our best look yet at the new 911 on the move. We finally get to hear the flat six engines, and get glimpses under the bonnet and inside its Panamera-inspired interior – look closely and you can spy the seven forward speeds etched onto the gearknob for the manual ‘box.  Beyond that there’s little more to see, as Porsche won’t reveal the new 911 until the 2011 Frankfurt motor show this September.
