Honda replaces Jazz ES with ES Plus – puts price up
Wed, 03 Jul 2013The Honda Jazz ES Plus (pictured) replaces the old ES trim Mid-summer (if, indeed, this is summer) is not the best of times for car sales, so we get used to car makers offering enhanced specs to get punters through the door. Which is why Honda has revealed the Jazz ES Plus. Replacing the current Jazz ES, the ES Plus gets extra toys such as a set of 16″ alloys, privacy glass, cruise control, armrest for the driver and leather on the steering wheel and gear knob.

Fri, 20 Jun 2014A new Jaguar Special Operation car is heading for Goodwood (Jaguar Project 7 pictured) It’s not just the new high performance Range Rover Sport from JLR’s Special Operations division that’s arriving at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next week, we’re also getting a new Special Operations car from Jaguar. It’s exactly a year since the Jaguar Project 7 F-Type (pictured above) was revealed at Goodwood as a precursor to the sort of cars JLR has in mind for its new Special Operation division, and now we’re getting the first fruits of the new division for Jaguar at Goodwood this year, although Jaguar aren’t yet letting on what it will be. Could it be a short-run, high-price production version of the Project 7 car, or will it be something else?
Democrats cut deal on cash-for-guzzlers measure
Tue, 05 May 2009Democratic lawmakers have proposed a cash-for-guzzlers bill that would provide vouchers of up to $4,500 to people who trade in cars and trucks for new, more fuel-efficient vehicles, Rep. John Dingell said. The measure, if approved by Congress and signed by President Barack Obama, would lead to about 1 million new-vehicle purchases, the Michigan Democrat said in a statement.
