Up for bidding today is this rare and hard to find "hockey stick" dash part for a 1968 GTX. This part will fit the 1969 GTX also. The part is in good condition except for the (star) in the right side plastic which will be on the side of the glove box. Also included in this sale is the left hand side woodgrain dash piece that goes to the left of the speedometer. This piece is used but these are very hard to find and almost never come up on eBay. Citroen Numero 9 'will influence all future DS models'
Thu, 26 Apr 2012Citroen's Numero 9 concept car previews the new face of all future DS cars from the French manufacturer, the design chief told CAR. Thierry Metroz, director of design in Paris, said the Numero 9 was an ideas car, but admitted it would influence the look of production cars in the near future. 'Look very closely at the grille - it is much more three-dimensional,' he said.
Hendrick pays $1 million for first 2014 Corvette Stingray convertible
Fri, 05 Apr 2013The first 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible sold Friday for $1 million at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach, Fla., to car dealer and NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick. Hendrick now has a pair of the seventh-generation Corvette after purchasing the first coupe for $1.05 million in January. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
