your looking at a real deal factory stamp L79 shortblock for the 1968 model year.  this engine has been rebuilt with .060 forged pistons.  all hi perf bearings.  678 casting with a D268 date.  pad reads V0430EP, with vin.  factory broach marks are clearly visable.  There was less than 1300 of these hi-perf engines installed in novas in 1968, if your building a 68 nova this would be a awesome way to help your car hold its value.  this is a truly rare engine.  this stamp is also correct for chevelles in 1968.  from my research there was 4082 chevelles with this option.

Mercedes calls it a ‘multi-drive platform’, and the F800 Style is built to take both hydrogen fuel-cell and plug-in hybrid powertrains, with the former offering a range of 375 miles and the latter allowing for 19 zero-emissions miles.
