1950s 1960s 1970s JEEP HUBCAPS

HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED.   WE JUST NEVER FIND THESE CAPS. THE FIRST WE HAVE FOUND IN MANY YEARS.  SERIOUSLY.  THIS IS IMPORTANT...PLEASE USE THE ZOOM FEATURE ON THE PICS AND READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION. TWO CAPS ARE INCLUDED.  IMPORTANT...I BELIEVE THIS COULD BE USED AS FRONT CAPS WITH THE INSERTS REMOVED FROM THE REAR.

ANYWAY, ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THEY ARE GOOD IN APPEARANCE OVERALL.  NOT PERFECT BUT  GOOD USED EXAMPLES.   THERE'S BB TO FINGERPRINT SIZED DINGS AND SCRATCHES. SOME OF THIS IS AROUND THE OUTER EDGE PROBABLY FROM IMPROPER INSTALLATION.  ONE ALSO HAS CURN RUB.  ANYWAY, NOT BARRETT JACKSON QUALITY IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, BUT GOOD LOOKING HARD TO FIND CAPS.  LOOK TO MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE BIDDING! PLEASE.  TWO CAPS ARE LISTED HERE .  ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, I RATE THEM A 3+++, BASED ON AGE, RARITY AND CONDITION.  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICS CAREFULLY.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 8000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Daihatsu's funky Cube rival on the way

Fri, 29 Sep 2006

By Ben Whitworth Motor Industry 29 September 2006 08:01 Daihatsu is on the verge of giving its boxy Materia supermini – which made its European debut in Paris - the green light for UK imports. If given the green light the spacious five-seater, which is already on sale in Japan, would arrive here next spring as a stand-alone topend model. The Materia is very similar to Nissan's does-it-exactly-what-it-says-on-the-tin Cube, which has been super popular with Japanese kids.

2014 Nissan Qashqai: The tease for the new Qashqai begins

Mon, 28 Oct 2013

The new Nissan Qashqai is an important car for Nissan as it needs to keep the momentum going that the first Qashqai started as a real alternative to a small family hatch. And with just 10 days to go until the new Qashqai gets revealed, Nissan has started the tease with the single photo of the new Qashqai (above) lurking under a dust sheet. We’re expecting the new Qashqai to take strong styling cues from the new Nissan X-Trail revealed at Frankfurt, and much of what underpins the new Qashqai is similar to the new X-Trail.
