1969 Ford Mustang convertible driver's side door - original FOMOCO. Has the typical corner rust issues - repaired years ago, but needs to be redone. Media blasted - gray is bare metal. No major damage. Had a few dents pulled out and repaired years ago - should also be redone. Has door speaker option. Overall straight, original door. Second picture shows inside of door (on the left hand side of the photo). Passenger door on right is no longer available. Bidding starts at just $100 with no reserve. There might be a little extra anxiety this year for Hyundai driver Rhys Millen, whose father, Rod Millen, will make his return to the 156-turn mountain course. Rod Millen held the world record at Pikes Peak for 13 years with a time of 10 minutes, 4.06 seconds.
Lincoln hires ex-Cadillac designer

Mon, 19 Sep 2011The sleek Volvo concept unveiled at the Frankfurt auto show is headed to production, said Volvo Chairman Li Shufu. "The board has approved production of the concept, known as You, but the timetable has to be finalized,'' Li said during an interview at the Frankfurt auto show. He said it will be "somewhere around 2015." It's part of the plan by Chinese owner Zhejiang Geely to move the Volvo brand upscale.
