with a “buy it now” price is a very nice GMC & Chevy C & K series 10 –
30 & Blazer /GMC Jimmy, used hood. It’s correct for 1969 1970 1971 & 1972
models, and will also fit Suburban & panel truck models. It has some very small areas of light surface rust, but is unusually
clean and otherwise rust-free. Very straight with some very small dings, but no
major damage. Local
pickup only in West Chicago, Illinois.

Study: Hybrids safer in accidents, more dangerous to pedestrians
Thu, 17 Nov 2011In the first analysis of its kind, the Highway Loss Data Institute found that drivers of hybrid vehicles are, on average, 25 percent less likely to be injured in a crash than drivers of conventional vehicles. Matt Moore, the data institute's vice president and author of the study, said weight was a big factor in its analysis. “Hybrids on average are 10 percent heavier than their standard counterparts,” Moore said in a statement on Thursday.

Chinese bank may join Saab rescue deal
Mon, 05 Dec 2011Saab's owner, Swedish Automobile, said on Monday it is discussions with a bank in China and Chinese automaker Zhejiang Youngman Lotus Automobile over a rescue deal for Saab. Reports had said on Sunday that the Bank of China would replace China's Pang Da as an investor in Saab, which is under bankruptcy protection. Swedish Automobile confirmed Monday that it is talking with Youngman and a bank in China about an equity interest, but did not name the bank.
