This auction is for an original GM smog pump diverter valve stand. Part #3942533 and correct for many GM models. This is the 4" long aluminum elbow used to attach the smog pump diverter valve to the smog pump. Earlier style with the "Atlas" foundry marking. Very nice overall condition with no repairs or damage of any kind. No stripped threads and perfect mating flanges. Includes very nice original bolts with correct "SB" foundry marks. Hard to find in this condition and ready to install. Replace your damaged, missing or incorrect smog pump diverter valve stand with this nice one. Buyer to pay $5.00 shipping and handling. Concils 'confident' over winter salt stockpiles
Mon, 11 Nov 2013COUNCILS are confident they can cope with bad-weather conditions on the roads this winter. A survey shows that local authorities in England and Wales have stockpiled more salt for this winter than last. A total of 1.3 million tonnes was stockpiled for winter 2012/13 and the Local Government Association (LGA) shows that 95% of councils are either maintaining or increasing stock levels this winter.
Quail motoring show is on for 2010

They say that although the owners of the Quail Lodge closed the hotel portion of the resort on Nov. 16, the golf course and clubhouse remain open and will continue to run the Quail Motorcycle Gathering on May 8, 2010, and the Quail, a Motorsports Gathering.

Thu, 26 Jan 2012General Motors' Research and Development has collaborated with Bezalel Academy of Art and Design's Future Lab students to conceptualize new ways in which rear seat passengers – who traditionally feel disconnected from their environment – have a richer experience on the road. The result is the Windows of Opportunity project, a series of applications developed by the Bezalel students and built into full-size prototypes using multi-touch and gesture sensing surfaces developed by ClickEye. The projects were: – Otto an animated character projected over passing scenery that responds to real-time car performance, weather and landscape.
