Shelby GT500 durability car to be auctioned off at Barrett-Jackson

Carroll Shelby will have his name all over the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Arizona this weekend. In addition to the anniversary edition Shelby Cobra being displayed for the first time, a 2013 Ford Shelby GT500 durability car will be auctioned. The sale will raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Porsche Cayman and Boxster GTS on the way

Porsche Cayman GTS and Boxster GTS variants are expected to be unveiled at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show this year, before the upgraded versions of the German firm’s two-seater coupe and convertible models go on sale in April. According to reports, development work on both cars is now almost complete, with both vehicles gaining a power increase and revised styling over existing Cayman and Boxster models (pictured). Just unveiled at the 2010 Detroit auto show, this is the new 2010 Audi A8, Ingolstadt’s flagship limo designed to take on the BMW 7-series, Mercedes S-class and Jaguar XJ. Like the previous two generations of A8, the new car is built entirely of aluminium, meaning it achieves some incredible fuel figures. There’s also a gorgeous interior, some very cool gadgets, and the promise from Audi that the A8 will be the sportiest luxury saloon in its class.
