Looking for an L48 350/AutoTherm AC cowl air cleaner for your Camaro or Chevelle ? I looked for many years for one: gave up and rebuilt my own, so have a look at this one - excellent driver quality resto/reproduction, original Auto Therm A/C snout, proper green A/C four barrel air sensor, original ribbed hose, repro body, lid and filter element. The only difference between an original and this unit is the attachment of the hose clip - clip is bolted to the air can, originals are welded (and usually break off due to weld tempering/fatigue). This difference cannot be seen once the element is placed and hoses are connected. Many hours in creating this unit to be as close as possible in cosmetics and function to originals, which are exceedingly hard to find nowadays. Finish is semi gloss black - easy to repaint if you prefer a finish with more gloss.

Air cleaner will be packed very carefully, shipment via UPS Ground, fully insured. See my other auction for additional Chevelle/Camaro hood parts.

Caterham CDX Limited Edition: first pictures

Tue, 10 Jun 2008

By Dimitri Pesin First Official Pictures 10 June 2008 16:03 Caterham has returned to its K-series roots with a new version of its Seven, dubbed the CDX Limited Edition. Not a catchy moniker perhaps, but the new car has been built to commemorate 15 years of the Caterham Driving Experience (CDX) – the track days where you can drift or slalom a Seven. As well as the gloss black paint, plus decals along the sides mimicking the CDX cars, the big news is the return of the K-series powerplant delivering 135bhp through a five-speed ‘box.
