This is a very good condition 2nd edition 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, Chevelle, Nova owners manual. Printing was dated December 1969.  This is an original, NOT A REPRINT.  Helm pages intact.  There is some water staining on the first few pages in the manual.

Also included is a 1975 Camaro Owners manual, in Very Good Condition.  Misc. Paperwork is also included with plastic jacket.

Drivers against remote stopping devices

EU PLANS to introduced remote stopping devices that can be activated by the police in an emergency have been met with concern by drivers. Under the proposed legislation a six-year timetable for remote stopping devices is planned with the aim of police being able to bring dangerous high-speed car chases to a halt. A device would be fitted to all cars that would allow a central control room to cut the ignition and fuel supply of any vehicle.

The new Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line – a sportier cosmetic take on VW’s compact SUV come crossover – was actually revealed almost a year ago, but it’s take VW UK since then to get round to offering it in the UK. But there’s another corner of Maranello’s R&D skunkworks which is developing V6 power for future sports cars. We do not have official confirmation yet, but intelligence indicates that the new twin-turbo V6 is a 2.9-litre unit, designed to be long-term street-legal and affordable in big growth markets such as China.
