Should the block come back bad we will refund 100% of the payment made and we will mutually agree to cancel the sale. The last thing we want to do is sell and ship a bad block. We have hundreds and hundreds of blocks and having them all pre-tested would be a logistical nightmare. Short blocks will be disassembled to check the block. We will NOT re-assemble it.
