This is a HUGE for 4 speed transmission that came off of a 1969 chevy 1 ton dulley van with only 50k miles on it!  So its in excellent condition! It will fit a 1/2 ton or 1 ton chevy truck of this year as shown in the photo we also has the shift handle its just not shown in the pic here on ebay. We believe it fits the motor homes too.
There is a date code thats hard to read, i will look again to make sure but i can see E7 84 the 84 is a little hard to read so i will check again and update the add. There are lots of other casing numbers such as 2 GM 3901127 if you want more casting numbers let me know and i will look again. The casting numbers i did find are just recently are GM e79  and on the top side i found 3801131 and e229 I think the e numbers are date codes.
