This console is complete however it does have some issues as can be seen in the photos. The shift plate is in very good shape. It is a true 1969 if you note the glove box not only by the key lock location but also inside the glove box lid 1969 did not have a tire pressure sticker or maintenance sticker as did 70 to 72.
