1969 factory Holley carburetor #4346 dated 8A3 which is 1968 November 3rd week.  This carburetor has the correct metering blocks #4519 & #5583.  The carburetor is complete and the baseplate will need to be replaced because two of the corners are broke off.  Any questions I can be reached at 330-770-2517.
