Up for auction is an owner's manual kit from a 1969 Mercedes Benz 250 or 250C. The owner's manual itself is missing all but two or three pages so really, it's just the cover. Also included is a service booklet that appears complete, however, the binding is loose and the pages are not connected to the cover. There's also an air conditioning manual that is in better shape - its pages are intact and still attached to the cover. Lastly, included is a dealership directory. It's in good shape but does have light pencil marks throughout.
I'm also throwing in the vinyl pouch that holds all of the manuals. Note that the clear cover has a four inch separation from the backing on the right side. VW releases sketch of U.S.-made sedan

The factory currently being built by VW in Chattanooga, Tenn., will start producing cars in the spring of 2011. Sales of the mid-size sedan will be at least 100,000 units annually at full capacity.
