1969 MARQUIS EMBLEM #C9MB

HERE WE HAVE I BELIEVE A GOOD 1969 MERCURY EMBLEM.   YOU JUDGE AND DECIDE IF IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU BEFORE BIDDING.   IT IS ABOUT 6 & 3/4 INCHES LONG.   SO WITH ALL THAT  OTHER YEARS AND MODELS MAY APPLY.  THERE IS  SMALL PITTING ON THE FACE & DOWN IN THE LETTERS. THERE IS PAINT WEAR AND THE STUDS ARE MIA SO EMBLEM ADHESIVE WILL BE REQUIRED.  WE NEVER FIND THIS MERCURY STUFF SO WE FEEL IT IS  A PRETTY RARE AND UNUSUAL PART.  LOOK CLOSELY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A GREAT DEAL.  ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, I AM RATING IT A 3 ,  based on age, rarity and condition.

I AM honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old parts have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend a lot of money for parts the best you can do are look for those in GOOD shape which this is. IN ADDITION, all of these old parts may or may not have complete or any hardware.  What you see in the pics is what you get.

HELLO FRIENDS.  JUST A QUICK NOTE. WE'VE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME AT SOME OF THE MIDWEST'S LARGEST SWAP MEETS  SEARCHING FOR PARTS.  THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, AND NONE OF THESE.   SO LOOK CLOSELY AND BID IF YOU NEED IT.  WE ALSO ATTEND BARRETT JACKSON AND MECUM AUCTIONS AND CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU THAT THERE ARE A NUMBER OF VEHICLES SOLD WITH LESS THAN PERFECT TRIM.  CHROME AND STAINLESS HAVE JUST BECOME SO EXPENSIVE.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD AND COMBINE SHIPPING AND HANDLING!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 8 years of selling over a 5000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.  THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

A POLICE OFFICER in Prince Harry's motorcade had to be taken to hospital after hitting a car as the royal was on his way to an engagement. The police motorcyclist was thrown from his motorbike after colliding with a Toyota Prius near Regent's Park, London and had to be taken to hospital for treatment. The driver of the Prius remains in hospital in a "non-life threatening" condition after being cut out of the car by firefighters.

Happy New Year – a look back at 2009

Fri, 01 Jan 2010

Happy New Year from all at Cars UK It would be easy to do what every car site seems to be doing and either look back at the favourite new cars of 2009 – or the last decade as we move on to 2010 – or look forward to what 2010 will bring. But we decided to indulge ourselves a little and look back at what 2009 meant for Cars UK. Cars UK came to life on the interweb at the very end of 2008.

Nissan to issue recall for faulty part in tire-pressure monitoring system

Mon, 12 Oct 2009

Nissan Motor Co. plans to recall as many as 143,000 cars to replace a tire-pressure monitoring system nut that may corrode and crack in areas with heavy concentrations of road salt, the government said today. The cracking of the nut in the monitoring system could cause it to fall out of the sensor-transmitter that it secures, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a report on its Web site.
