The item for sale here is an NOS 1969 Plymouth B-Body Right Hand Side (passenger) 1/4 Panel Extension. This is in new condition with just a little dust. It still has the original Mopar IBM punch card attached to it and the studs have never had a nut mounted on them. The part number is 2900902 and the casting number is 2902368.
