Here is a nice used fender off of a 1969 Satellite. It's a dry western fender from Wyoming. It has surface rust on the inside in places, but it's light and would clean up with sandblasting. There is one very small rust hole on the top, about the size of a dime. The fender also has some very light dents that you may or may not be able to see in the photos. If I needed a fender for my car I would much rather have this one than one of the new Taiwan reproductions. The reproductions are nice. I've installed several of them, but I find the fit leaves much to be desired. At $600 each + shipping for a reproduction of questionable fit, I'd much rather have the good used, but that's just me.

A note about shipping: I am happy to send any part anywhere in the world. As you may or may not know, eBay penalizes its sellers by charging them a percentage of the shipping cost. It's not my fault that a potential buyer might live in New Zealand or some other such far flung place where the "ship to" charges are very high. This practice by eBay is dishonest and unfair, but I need eBay more than they need me. On large items such as fenders, bumpers, windshields, engines and transmissions, I ask that the buyer pays the actual purchase price first. Then I will carefully pack the part (never any charge for packing) and send a separate invoice through PayPal for the shipping amount. This fender will ship by Greyhound Bus. The cost will be $120 +/- to most places in the lower 48 states. You will have to go to the nearest Greyhound terminal to pick it up. If, after I get it packed and get the shipping amount, you feel the prie is too high, you are under no obligation to buy. I would then promptly refund the full purchase price.

Satisfaction guaranteed or money back.

Thanks, -MHC

Toyota Aygo Crazy set for Goodwood debut

Wed, 02 Jul 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 02 July 2008 10:41 Toyota will bring its 'shopping supercar' – the Aygo Crazy – to the 2008 Goodwood Festival of Speed, which kicks off next week. It's a one-off, attention-grabbing supermini with a mid-engined layout like the Renault Clio V6.  The racing Aygo uses a 200bhp turbocharged version of Toyota's 1.8 VVT-i engine from the Celica and MR2 – making it somewhat more powerful than the regular Aygo's 68bhp. A 200bhp Aygo?
