MPs call for medicals in whiplash claims

Anyone claiming for whiplash following a crash could be subject to a medical examination before receiving a payout, if MPs get their way. Honda is recalling 9,816 Civic LX sedans and coupes from the 2014 model year due to a potential tire issue.
