This is an original 1969 Pontiac GTO/Lemans steering column cover. It mounts to the dash on the underside of the steering column. We have refinished it with the correct GTO interior black and all the vinyl surface grain is smooth. The attachment tines are both intact. 'There are no warped spots or repairs.
