This is an original 8.5 x 11 inch 10 page color article carefully removed from Collectible Automobile magazine on the 1970 – 1974 Lincoln Continental full size luxury car! This article, printed on thick high quality paper has beautiful glossy color pictures of the all-new 1970 models and the following years 1971, 1972 , 1973 and 1974. The engineering and styling changes are described, including new government emission and bumper regulations during the 70s. The 2 door and 4 door Continental’s standard equipment, including engines, standard equipemnt and option luixury packages are detailed. There is also 4 pages on the styling development of the Continental, including pictures of prototypes, grilles and headlight treatments. There is interesting commentary on making the Lincoln more ‘Cadillac-like’ and the discontinuation of the front opening rear suicide door on the sedan. This would make a great addition to your Lincoln collection. The article is in excellent condition and will be carefully mailed with cardboard backing.
