Set of original 13" steel wheels from a 1971 Mg Midget. I believe these were used on 1970-1971 Midgets.

All wheels held air just fine. There are some dings around some of the lips and the wheels were sprayed all black at some point.

Will need to be refinished to look good. I would suggest stripping the paint of blasting them then repsraying or powdercoating.

Some of the lug holes were torqued down very tight so there is a little distortion in that area, you might address that before refurbishing them. Still bolt up just fine, I just want to note all flaws possible.

Only one center cap comes with the set. The other 3 are MIA.

Cool old set of wheel that would look great once redone...have a nice deep inner lip which sets them apart from others.....hard to see since they are all black now, but originally very easy to see when the lip was silver.

Check out all 12 pics and let me know if you have any questions.....same day shipping and I always leave feedback, thanks!!

Ford recalling Explorer and E-series vans

Tue, 21 Jan 2014

Ford is recalling its E-series van and Explorer SUV for two different reasons. The vans could develop bubbles in the windshield, decreasing visibility, while the Explorers need to have their steering gears checked. The van’s windshields were improperly manufactured, according to the NHTSA, some forming bubbles after an extended time in hot temperatures.

Ford Explorer (2011) launches +video

Tue, 27 Jul 2010

The 2011 Ford Explorer Because it’s unlikely we will get the 2011 Ford Explorer on this side of the Pond, we haven’t covered its interminable tease in any real detail. Yes, we reported on the 2011 Explorer getting Ford’s new Curve Control, an electronanny designed to cure understeer, but we didn’t report every silly photo Ford released. But not being thorough on reporting a really boring and drawn out tease is one thing, but we can’t ignore the launch of a new version of a vehicle that until quite recently was selling almost 500k a year.
