This auction is for a set of 4 correct 1970,1971 Cuda side marker backing plates used to attach the side marker bezels to the quarters and fenders. 2 front,2 rear. These plates have been made to the exact bends, contours and thickness of original NOS backing plates I have. The finish is galvanized metal (the galvanizing is slightly smaller flake than the original factory finish) and  have been stamped with the correct font die numbers as the originals. These are as close to NOS as you will find today. The gold anodized reproductions , as well as later NOS gold anodized plates are incorrect.  MADE IN USA ! A definite must for the shows, they stand out when showing the trunk!

I don't have many reproduction parts, because the ones I have are factory correct !.

Bridgestone’s ‘We’ve been everywhere’ Road Trip prize giving

Fri, 09 Aug 2013

Bridgestone’s ‘I’ve been everywhere’ Road Trip Flogging tyres isn’t the easiest job in the world; we all need them – at intervals far too regular than we’d like – but buyers tend to fall in to two camps – those who know a brand and ask for it by name, and those that have put on their car whatever the man at Kwik Fit is pushing this week. So ‘Brand Awareness’ is the name of the game (a game that can backfire – just ask Pirelli what’s going on in F1) and the more potential buyers a tyre brand can lodge its name in the brain of, the better. Which is why Bridgestone are running their We’ve been everywhere interactive campaign which very cleverly plots the escape of one man from office drudgery and showcases his journey out in to the proper world, all to a soundtrack of Johnny Cash’s ‘I’ve been everywhere’.

By Liz Turner Motor Shows 20 March 2008 10:47 The Pontiac Solstice Coupe has a fairly simple brief in life. This is the car for anyone who likes the styling of the Roadster but doesn’t have the degree in origami needed to fold the flying buttresses and get the roof down. But the Solstice Coupe has a sunroof, so you can still get some wind in your hair.

New pictures: Audi A2 concept

Wed, 07 Sep 2011

Audi is set to give its A2 concept a public debut alongside its Urban concept at this year's Frankfurt motor show in the manufacturer's latest exploration of electric mobility. The A2 concept study revolves around the concept of space, with the vehicle having been developed with plenty of room for four people even with the car being 3800mm long, 1690mm wide and 1490mm high. The car is very much designed to impress aesthetically as well as improving the company's green credentials.
