With this auction you get the 1970 Z28 throttle arm assembly P# 6980989 with the plastic firewall spacer P# 3972287, steel mounting plate P# 3972288 with 3 firewall mounting screws P# 1373835 and the throttle cable assembly. The throttle arm assembly is tight. The throttle cable assembly is tight and is not cracked or broken. Sorry I don't have the floor mounting plate. These parts were professionally removed. They are original GM parts and Remember nothing fits like original GM parts
