this listing is for a very nice set of 70-73 camaro ralley sport bumpers.these are original re- chromes.why, not just go and buy the repos?go ahead, ive seen them.alot of people dont know , but there usually chromed in another country with one layer of copper and just 2 trips to the chrome bath. and the metal is a smaller gauge.and then sometimes after you bolt them on,the very ends twist downward on each end when you stand back and look at the car closely.these are true ,straight american stamped by the best car company in the world to be used and to fit correctly on some of the sharpest looking designed cars they have ever been.these were coated with 2 coats of copper and 3 dips in the bath.also  the most important thing is,most of the repos ,the finish has a sort of dark hue to them, like its a blue/black color.not a lot,but if you look at one to an original apperance, youll know what im talking about.if youve got a nice car and you want it to be correct?then these are the ones you want....the repo one sell at national paarts depot for around $220.00,i know they are some new ones on here  for less than that, ive seen them already.but you sometimes get what you pay for....im listing these at no reserve for $220.00 the same as what you spend for the middle of the road versions.......im sorry, but eveything ive listed tonight has listed the shipping at $5.60??? ...ill let you know the actual shiiping cost after the auction and ill dfinatly send the cheapest route,thanks............its fairly hard to find good cores anymore that would make good candidates for chroming.if you had to go and do what ive already did with these, you would be WAY over on cost of what i have listed here.

Land Rover Freelander 2 Review & Road Test: Freelander 2 SD4 HSE (2011) Part 2

Sun, 20 Mar 2011

Freelander 2 SD4 Review Part 2 Ever since the V6 petrol engine quietly disappeared from the Freelander 2 some time ago – without fanfare or farewell – there’s been a bit of a gap in the Freelander range. Hobson’s choice on the engine front isn’t the end of the world, but a bit more oomph wouldn’t go amiss. Land Rover has taken the opportunity with the 2011 refresh of the Freelander 2 to give us what we asked for – the Freelander 2 SD4 – at the same time as getting the PSA 2.2 litre diesel to comply with Euro 5.

New Porsche Macan Revealed: Los Angeles Auto Show (video)

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

The Porsche Macan (pictured) has been revealed in LA The Porsche Macan has been revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show, although Porsche’s endless teases for the baby Cayenne mean we already know much of what’s on offer in the Cayenne. The styling is very much ‘Baby Cayenne’, and no one is going to think the Macan is anything other than a smaller Porsche SUV with its very familiar looks. The Macan is smaller than the Cayenne – 146mm shorter and 16mm narrower – but it is bigger than the Audi Q5 on which it’s based (70mm longer and 24mm wider – lower too by 30mm).
