Up for auction is the A/C/heater controls from a 1971 Trans Am. They are in nice shape and seem to work good. Levers all move nicely. The engine turned bezel looks good, just a little aging to it and the lens looks nice but could use a good cleaning has some spots on it as pictured. They include the cable. The ‘Design for the Real China' contest has launched, challenging designers across all disciplines to develop innovative solutions to everyday problems that arise in China. Delivering a brief of ‘Show us a solution to a China-located problem or opportunity you have identified', the competition organizers want to see entries that address localized problems or opportunities. Participants have to submit a short video explaining both the problem they've identified and how they'll solve it.

Transportation Design students at England's Huddersfield University displayed their work in the annual degree show in June. The exhibition at Huddersfield University also included a display of the production model of the Toniq R sports car that has been designed and produced by former students of the Transport Design course. In late June the exhibition moved to central London.
