This auction is for a factory three speed floor shifter with the number 49718 on the handle. I do not know which models this fits so several pictures are included for ID and condition. The plastic knob has seen better days, but the chrome handle is pretty nice. There is no linkage, but the mounting bracket is included. The shifter works, needs a good cleaning and is complete as shown.

The Dodge Charger Super Bee is poised to make a tire-smoking comeback in 2011. Chrysler revealed the future product nugget in a presentation detailing its first-quarter earnings this week. No further information was immediately available, though the company said the Super Bee will arrive in 2011.

The upcoming baby Bimmer will sport all twin-scroll turbocharged four-cylinder engines burning either gasoline or diesel, hauling around a car that's grown in every dimension except height. BMW also is expanding its use of eight-speed automatic transmissions to the 1-series lineup and making the BMW EfficientDynamics technology package standard.

The European version of the Peugeot Exalt Concept With the Paris Motor Show now looming (just four weeks away) car makers are starting to reveal new cars and new concepts heading for the French capital. Today it’s the turn of Peugeot to reveal an updated version of the Exalt Concept we saw at the Beijing Motor Show in April. The Peugeot Exalt Concept is Peugeot’s next step on from the Onyx Concept, showcasing many of Peugeots’ future design cues and technology all wrapped up in a swoopy coupe saloon that sadly will never see the light of day as a production model.
