1970 to 1977 4 spoke sports steering wheel (GM part # 9749836 shows light scratches but overhaul it's really nice high drivers quality) complete with hub (GM part # 406708 threads are clean and undamaged) and horn cap (GM part # 399332 BC-3 rivets have been removed so that any GM emblem can be place and rubber donut can be dyed in a different color but I can re-rivet for a Buick buyer). horn and all screws showing in the pictures come with it. A 3/8" scratch is present in the Buick emblem (I will post more pictures). Will fit on several GM models from 1970 to 1977 but you will need to do some home work to find out. A complete set that will change the focal point of your driving experience. I ship fast and package well.
