1970-72 Grand Prix Green Console

This console is in very good condition. It is correct for 1970 based not only on the location of the key lock but also the tire pressure sticker which was added in 1970. 1971-72 this sticker appeared along with a maintenance checklist sticker inside the lid.

The vinyl is in good condition although a little dry but has been maintained and stored using Meguiar products to try and keep it the vinyl from further drying out. It is not altered or color dyed and the only issues are that which can be seen in the pictures displaying cracks in the vinyl where it did become brittle. This would also be great candidate for those looking for something good to color dye.

Thu, 20 Sep 2012

We have new video of the Jaguar F-Type ahead of its reveal in a week’s time at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Jaguar then did pragmatic thing and released that rogue image of three F-Types officially (rather than twisting arms to take it down as sister company Land Rover did with the first photo of the 2013 Range Rover) so we could see the F-Type in decent detail. But just the one photo.

Film Friday: 'Styling and the Experimental Car' takes us from Da Vinci to the Ford Mustang

Fri, 18 Apr 2014

Last time we popped into the Ford Design Studios, it was the late 1960s and everyone was strung out on black turtlenecks and jazz flute. We're traveling a few years further back in time today, but Ford Design Studios remains our destination. "Styling and the Experimental Car," released in 1964, doesn't start off like a modern promo piece might.
