Here's a super nice QuadraJet that I removed from a 1970 Buick 455. The numbers (7040240) indicate that it was produced for a 1970 Buick 455 engine. . Of course it can be used with any BOP manifold that requires a spreadbore QJ. Many years of cars for this one too. This is one of the more desirable carbs with the front inlet applications. It is rare and valuable carburetor..

Wed, 06 Oct 2010Hennessey Performance is introducing a convertible version of its limited-edition 2011 HPE700 Camaro. The tuning company will produce just 24 copies of the 2011 HPE700 Camaro, but it hasn't revealed how many will be hardtops or convertibles. “We have already sold several of our 2011 HPE700s in hardtop form, increasing the potential for the convertible LS9 Camaro to become an even rarer option than before,” said John Hennessey, president of Hennessey Performance.
Augmented reality application streamlines home car maintenance
Thu, 30 May 2013The basic home motor-oil swap is about to get a lot more futuristic -- at least if the augmented reality application being developed by AR-media goes anywhere. AR-media's app uses a tablet's camera to position guides and instructions over a car's engine bay in real time. It sounds complicated, but it appears to be relatively seamless in action.
