This DVD is based on information provided to Chevrolet franchised dealer's only. Originally released to dealers back in 1970. Lots of information about the 1970 Caprice. It's also compared to the Ford & Pontiac competition at the time. Watching this you realize what a great vehicle Chevrolet built back then. Interesting features that are even on cars still today.

Rare DVD Entitled:

'Rule The Pack With (1970) Chevrolet'

  • 1970 Caprice
  • Chevrolet Advantages Vs. Ford & Pontiac
  • Chevrolet Quality & Unqique features
  • Chevrolet Motors-More Power-Quality Construction
  • Interior Trim
  • All New Styling
  • Prices Comapred
  • Rear of Wagons-Seating & Space vs. Ford
  • etc. etc.

This is a must have for any muscle car resource library. Would also make an excellent gift. A 'Car Guy' production from directly back in the day but now on modern DVD format made by yours truly. Nobody else has my items. If you find someone else selling same items it only means they copied my hard work and efforts at preserving what I believe is history. (*So please let me know if you happen to notice someone selling my efforts).

Check out my other listings for rare items. My growing feedback shows others who share my interests in gaining knowledge from where ever one can find it.

Some of my listings mention that the proceeds go to offsetting racing expenses and that's still the case. Let's go racing!

Merc to revive straight six, plus 4cyl and smaller V8s

Tue, 25 Oct 2011

Mercedes has just signed off a new engine family which will see most full-sized Mercs in future run four-cylinders, downsized V8s and… straight sixes. A friendly Mercedes engineer recently met CAR to disclose the engine plans for future models, including the surprise disclosure that Merc plans to switch to straight sixes, like its rivals over in Munich.  It's fair to say I almost choked on my breakfast croissant when I found out the details of the next MB engine generation which has just been signed off for release in 2015. Mercedes' future four-cylinder engines Again, there will be a family of new low-cost fours, and the big-bore V8s will be replaced by a series of downsized turbocharged 4.0-litre units.

Renault Twingo Renaultsport (2008): first official pictures

Thu, 31 Jan 2008

By Tom Clarkson First Official Pictures 31 January 2008 18:17 Renault today unveiled its new 133bhp Twingo RS in Paris - with a little help from F1 stars Fernando Alonso and Nelson Piquet Jnr, who were in town for the launch of their R28 F1 car. The Twingo RS has a naturally aspirated 1.6-litre engine that produces 20bhp more than the 1.2-litre turbo of the Twingo GT. There are cosmetic differences between the two cars as well, such as extended front and rear wings, a rear spoiler and a lower front bumper on the RS.
