THIS IS A DATE CODED ,MATCHED PAIR OF FRONT DRUM BRAKE HOSES REMOVED FROM A VERY LOW MILEAGE 1970 DODGE CHALLENGER WITH 11" MANUAL DRUM BRAKES!!
THESE HOSES ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR ORIGINALS AND HAVE THE SPECIAL COPPER SEALING WASHERS.
HARD TO SHOW STAMPINGS IN THE PICTURES.
THE DATE CODES ARE AS FOLLOWS:0330 ON THE FIRST HOSE FITTING,AND 0430Z STAMPED ON THE SECOND HOSE FITTING.(PROBABLY HAS THE SAME LETTER ,BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH TO SEE.)BOTH ALSO STAMPED WITH THE LETTER "M".
THE STAMPINGS ON THE HOSES THAT I CAN READ ARE AS FOLLOWS: SAE 40P-AV-1/8-8396-BO1109.ONE HOSE HAS CLEARER STAMPINGS THEN THE OTHER.

Bentley Continental SuperSports Spotted
Sat, 16 May 2009The Bentley Continental Supersports caught out testing before its UK launch next year [ad#ad-1] Bentley introduced us the the ‘Green’ Bentley Continental Supersports at the Geneva Motor Show in February, and they are now out shaking the car down in Europe – our snappers caught the Supersports out on the road near the Nurburgring. Clearly identifiable as a Supersports from the bonnet vents and the huge air scoops at the front, this 621bhp monster is due to go on sale in the UK in the New Year. Bentley engineers have increased the output of the Supersports to a really massive 621bhp by fettling the new Bentley to run on Bioethanol E85 and the modification of the injectors and valves, allowing the same performance whether the car is run on E85 or regular petrol.
Call for complete smoking ban in cars

That is the finding of a study of driver attitudes, where 71% said the Government should go further than it presently does to people smoking in cars. Of 7500 people polled, the study found 71% also believe smoking in cars should be made a criminal offence if children are in the car at the same time.
Audi S5 Sportback revealed
Fri, 28 Aug 2009Audi are bringing the S5 Sportback to Frankfurt The S5 Sportback gets Audi’s 3.0 litre supercharged lump putting out 329bhp and delivering 324lb/ft of torque. Which will give the S5 Sportback performance of around 5.2 seconds to 60 mph. This change from big V8s is a shame, but it does result in better economy – estimates for the S5 S/B are pushing on 30mpg – and the reduced emissions help car makers like Audi lower their average emissions, and important consideration these days.
