Offered is a doghouse cover removed from a 1970 A100 van.  Should fit earlier years.

Overall good shape.

Surface rust.

May need the insulation replaced.  Some of the cardboard insulation retainers are missing.  Existing insulation dusty/dirty. Cross brackets solid but have heavy surface rust.

Dented in a few places.  (Please see pics 3 & 4)

Pic 3 at end of pencil tip --- a couple of shallow dents.   Hard to see when dry but when I washed it off and surface was wet/glossy they were noticeable.

Pic 4 on the driver's side of lid's edge about 3/4 of the way back.

         May be others.  (?)

Hinges good.

Will do my best to answer any questions or concerns and thanks you for looking...

Ford promote accessible & affordable technology in new campaign

Wed, 26 Jun 2013

Ford’s Active Park Assist parks a Focus on the roof of a skyscraper We do sometimes moan that cars are becoming so clever that it won’t be long before the driver’s just the blobby thing behind the wheel to keep an eye open as clever technology does its stuff. That said, modern technology is certainly doing wonders for tasks that many find irksome and difficult behind the wheel, and Ford are cleverly tapping in to their new technology to demonstrate just how helpful their new cars now are for the stressed driver with the Ford Primary Brand campaign. Ford‘s new Primary Brand campaign is focusing on technology like the new(ish) Active Park Assist that uses sensors to measure parking spaces as you drive by (not too quickly – you have to give it a chance) and then, at the push of a button – with the driver just following instructions for brake, gears and accelerator – neatly parks your new Ford for you.

Ford C-Max & Grand C-Max 2015 FACELIFT revealed – debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show

Wed, 17 Sep 2014

Ford C-Max & Grand C-Max 2015 FACELIFT revealed Ford has been busy grafting their new grill on to cars across their range recently, and the latest models to get the ‘Gaydon Grill’ (and other tweaks) are the C-Max and Grand C-Max – Ford’s 5 and 7 seat MPVs based on the Focus – revealed today ahead of a debut at the Paris Motor Show next month. As you’e expect, the changes amount to pretty much what we’ve seen with the Ford Focus facelift, so there’s a new grill to make the Ford statement accompanied by new headlights and bonnet. Round the back the tailgate has been given a slicker, simplified makeover, there’s a new bumper and smaller lights.

Redesigned 2014 Lexus IS base price increases

Wed, 01 May 2013

Lexus has set the base price of the 2014 IS compact sport sedan at $36,845, including shipping, an increase of $885 from its predecessor, Lexus said. In contrast, the top-level IS 350 with all-wheel drive starts at $42,595, including shipping, which is 2.1 percent lower than the model it replaces, Lexus said in a statement this week. The pricing makes good on Lexus' guarantee to keep the base price attainable for consumers “by narrowing the gap between the 250 and 350,” a Lexus spokesman said.
