What I have up for bids here is a very good used and completely original factory Arctic Cat pull starter/recoil assembly just pulled from a 1979 El Tigre 5000 that we are parting out and fitting a bunch of Arctic Cat sleds in the 1970's and 1980's models, including El Tigre, Trailcat, Jag, Pantera, Super Jag, Panther, Cougar, Cheetah, Z, Lynx, Cross County and more!. This pull starter would be perfect for the guy who is fixing up that Arctic Cat sled or maybe for the guy who just needs this pull starter to replace his non-working unit..Either way for the opening bid of just $18.99 you cant go wrong! (1)Factory Arctic Cat pull starter/recoil assembly, part #3002-299 and starter cup/pulley and #3002-257. Unit is in good working condition. Some light cosmetic wear.

Now as noted above this pull starter assembly was pulled from a 1979 El Tigre 5000, but this style recoil was used on all of the 1975 and up Suzuki/Spirit engines as used on the El Tigre 5000, El Tigre 6000, Z250/340/440, Cross Country, Trailcat 3000/4000, Jag 2000/3000/4000, Panther 4000/5000, Pantera, Cheetah, Super Jag, Cougar, Lynx and more right up until the late 1980's early 1990's. As you can see this recoil fits a wide variety of models and years and probally will fit other Arctic Cat sleds and models. Please check your parts manuals or old starter for more applications .
